Thoughts and Prayers is the first vinyl release from our studio in the Cotswolds, and represents a lot of time and effort into creating a record to stand the test of time, as well as to demonstrate the power of our studio, located in a central market town which is the capital of the Cotswolds.

This is the first of several releases of the music of Paul Turney who has been running Sirensound since beginning a contract with the British Library Sound Archive in 2001.

The studio has evolved from an archiving facility to a more broader recording setup, with an acoustically treated room for acoustic recording of drums, voice, percussion and brass.

We record to Pyramix for a stable environment and have diversified into Voice over work and the recording of AudioBooks

John came and stayed a few days after a session with Richard on drums and was a pleasure to spend time with. He never got to hear the record completed but was kept up to date as it began to take shape. He played bass and introduced me to Richard Bailey so I have a lot to thank John for
